A lot of people here wouldn't have been born and there would be less inkwells.
Europe would remain homogeneous with less or no feminism. Israel might still have been created. Jews would still be powerful since most of them had already settled in North America. Japan would rule east & south-east Asia. Germany, Japan & USA would be the three superpowers. Not sure how ugly men would fare. Fewer incels would be born thanks to Nazi German eugenics.

I wonder if some of the current nuclear powers would still have emerged. France and UK wouldn't be one. Israel might not be one, although, it might be a proxy battleground between Germany and the US. China probably wouldn't be a superpower, since Japan would have raped them and colonized practically all of SEA.
A curious thing would be how the Middle East would have looked today, considering their richness in oil. Would the post WW1 lines drawn up after the collapse of the Ottoman empire be erased? Since Russia would probably be a vassal state of Germany, their influence in the Middle East would be non-existent. Who would be carving up the Middle East for influence, and how?

Probably Germany would wield the most power in the Middle-East but the US would certainly put up a fight thanks to their massive source of natural resources and advanced tech.

America as a landmass is isolated from the rest of the world and it would cost them more resources to constantly move war assets to the eastern hemisphere, which is why they always like to keep permanent bases everywhere they can, especially east of the Atlantic. Germany wouldn't need to do such a thing, except for maybe in South America, if the US wouldn't have already assimilated them.
