Objectively the most evil eye color would be dark brown/void black, because you cannot see the individuals pupil's, therefore being unable to read their emotions as effectively. Very light blue eyes (ice blue) can also look striking and intimidating though

I'm not Celtic at all as far as I know. All I know is that my great grandfathers on my mother's side were Russian and German and my great grandmothers where czech and polish. Not sure about my father's side but considering my last name they where probably just anglos.
