I think Afghanistan is a bit exaggerated. I think our society needs just a few changes to fix it:
1. Make it illegal for corporations to pay people for useless jobs
One of the biggest reasons, if not the reason why women don't need men in today's society is because they can provide for themselves.
This change would already by itself put many women out of their jobs and thus make them need a man.
2. All wages need to be proportional to the amount of skill needed for the job, and the amount of work done
As it is, a CEO who does nothing but talk to people all day or a HR rep who drinks cappuchinos and gives LGBT lessons all day gets paid more than waste collectors and construction workers. This change would further incentivize women to either stop working, or take on a job that is beneficial to society.
Alternative: women will only be allowed to have jobs that are traditionally seen as women's jobs, such as nursery teacher
The reasoning for this is rather obvious; it would increase wages, so that a single working man could support his entire family again, while the mother tends to the children and takes care of the house. There isn't really a reason for a woman to work, except in female jobs.
4. Make it illegal for women to dress immodestly
The reasoning for this is also obvious. Women dressing immodestly only harms society, this would be an extremely positive change in every way imaginable, except ''muh women's rights'', but in such a society women would feel satisfaction from raising children and serving their husbands, so they would not be wanting to whore themselves out anymore anyway.
5. Illegalize the production and distribution of pornography. Illegalize prostitution. All punishable by death
No need to explain this one
6. Make fornication, polygamy and infidelity punishable by death, no exceptions
Chads and women will have to control their urges from this point onward. With women not being able to have relationships with men above their own league, or relationships with multiple men at their own level, or whore themselves out, they will have no choice but to marry a single man.
I think that's it. In this society there would be no concept of chads or stacies. Everyone would be happy, everyone would have a family. Poverty would not exist because money from rich women's pockets who degenerate society will be redistributed to families.
