You're fat and ugly, you're incapable of having a relationship and haven't in years, nobody you work with likes or respects you at all, and you're basically a walking disgusting joke to all people who stop and stare at you like an animal in a zoo. On the other hand, you spend your days having sex (with women that are grossed out by you). I don't know. I hate my lonely loveless life but I think his life would be worse in the long run. I'd love to do it for one day or one week, but I'd rope if that was my existence.
