I feel like male ego is not so fragile. Yes men can be raped, and yes men can regret fucking a landwhale (I bet even we would if we somehow did it) but it seems like men more often than not shrug it off and move forward.

I think men if they get sex even if they don't entirely find the female it's with as ideal, it's more like "wow, that stew was overspiced" rather than "my world is over". Why do foids take such a non-optimistic outlook? The war the ego of raped foids has with their own feelings is something I think we can relate to. Our own feelings are that we want sex, and this is at war with our morality to respect consent. So in a way, we are equally victims. A foid's ego is harmed by the realization she could enjoy sex with an ugly man, while our ego is harmed by the realization we could enjoy non-con even though we know it to be non-ideal and unethical.

Foids' dilemma is more easily avoided though: by having more inclusive standards they could just voluntarily have sex, and then there would be internal war with their feelings if they enjoy it with us.

Ours is not so easily avoided because to skirt our own dilemma would make us criminals, thus we are caught in a moral ego trap unlike the standards ego trap which rapees can easily escape.
