They ruined my childhood. And they hate me.
cats are cooler but I don’t mind them
I'm torn, on the one hand it's devastating that they live such short lives and someday I would have to bury my dog if I had a dog. On the other hand, if they lived long lives, what if I die before my dog? What will my dog do?

I have to agree with Prophet Muhammad (pbuh) on this. Dogs are filthy disgusting creatures. Especially chihuahuas. I would pay good money to use chihuahuas as target practice at the shooting range. I'm a bit rusty with firearms anyway.

Most dogs just ignore me so I have no issues with them. Constant barking or nagging to be petted/given treats is annoying but I never have to put up with that.
I just spent some time with 2 dogs, they are so nice.
