I've seen many incels here talk about, but it the term differs from my knowledge of what it is: an umbrella term used by the left to refer to many things they don't understand, like free-market, deregulation, austerity, etc. So what do incels understand by it?

Its basically a set of socioeconomic policy of leniency, consumerism, lack of discipline, lack of loyalty, and lack of thought for consequences.

If someone isn't successful, you will think its his own mistake, he didn't work hard enough.

This is what the western world believes in, and frankly every incel obviously knows its bullshit, since its mostly factors out of your control decide wether you succeed or not.
