My boss genuinely deems me a low IQ retard. I work at a drinks warehouse where we stack orders and then deliver them to customers. At the beginning of last summer, I went with a different driver every day. One of them constantly shat on me by telling me that I do everything wrong, that I do everything slowly, and so on. Almost every single one of them said something negative to me. Then, I was put in a warehouse all day for several days in a row while LITERALLY ALL THE OTHER BOYS MY AGE went out. I had to ask to do deliveries again.

Then, I got put with the worst driver in the company. He's old, slow, and incompetent. He often fucks up, never complains about anything, and never says anything negative about me. I literally only go with him and nobody else.

This year is exactly the same. If he isn't there, I stay in the warehouse. Literally all the other drivers are 20 TO 40 YEARS OLD, AND HE'S OVER 50. I fucking hate my framecel boss (the women in the company call him tiny, lmao) for putting me in the same category as old snail brained cunts. Every other driver is orders of magnitude more interesting than him.

When theyre doing it again but out of their own frustration against me, i use their words against progression.

E.g. " Are you here for fun ? Why do you come here to work" they tell me frustrated due my work output.

I would look them right in the eyes and say : im here to learn, if i was searching for fun, i wouldn't bother spending time here would i ?"
