I think we Indians are also counted as Asians, so I want to tell you that we generally eat Paranthas with chai in breakfast especially in North. I don't know about South Indian niggers.
As half Jap I can say that in Japan a breakfast will always consist of rice, egg dishes and miso soup and tea or tea based beverages.
They have something a little lighter for breakfast like a cat or panda

for a legit breakfast, ubereats from IHOPS, Dennys, Mels diner, or Nations. Nothing beats eggs, sausages, bacon, french toast, pancakes, and orange juice. it gives you all the energy you need to go for the next 8-12+ hours. granted you have some coffee throught the day.
careful not to eat too much breakfast though, you don't wanna eat so much that you wanna go to sleep in an hour or two.

I'm a korean living in Jew York. I only eat once a day at breakfast, so I have a big breakfast. I always have meat, carbs, and veggies with fruit for dessert.
meat = bulgogi, galbi, chicken breast, pork chops, or bacon
carbs = rice, bread, or rarely instant noodles
veggies = salad without dressing
fruit = apples, oranges, or grapes
Bat soup and rat shish kabob.
