time has proven that the quality of users doesn't depend on postcount OR join date. There have been LARPers and fakecels that are both high postcount users and/or old join date users.
If I had to choose one though it would be graycels but only when they try too hard to fit in or when they are really ignorant of forum culture but try to act like they aren't.
