i don't really know anything about the specs above except the gtx 1650, shit is rocking hard and i am pretty sure it can do a lot of games.

change it to 16 gb, 8 is way less than what you need and new gen games need way more than 8 to play in good settings

I reccomend 6800xt or RTX3080 with or without TI depends if you need more Vram for textures ingame or ray tracing and nvidia capabilities
