These days it's normal and accepted with social media and text messaging and even on online dating and forums for normies in general but especially women to simply block or hit "ignore" on anyone that they don't want to deal with. Crudely blocking or ignoring someone is just regarded as perfectly normal and no big deal. They are not answerable to anyone. This can be a sexual thing, or even when a Feminist is losing an argument on Facebook, the default response is always "omg your views are so backwards BLOCKED!!"

What did they do in the 1990s and prior if a man had their phone number and was ringing them demanding answers as to why she didn't turn up for their date or didn't get back to him about plans? It wasn't so easy to ghost back then and it was a bit of a hassle to change your house number so what did they do with the less desirable men who they can simply leave on unread now?

idk how they would cope without being able to block people tbh

I saw those times, even previous decade was. In some popular lithuanian sites there were no block button, so we with friends made some mess under blogs of my stupid crushes and other stupid femoids

But not it is me who are bloking cunts most of time. If cunt I ntrying to appriach is ignoring me, or looks not interested (and this is not animu world for expecting her to be tsindere), I block them, tired of harassing, cunts have upper hand and I now receive more bad emotions for myself than giving to them

In my experience women don’t block you they cry to the mods to have you banned.

They called the police I guess.

gather up a group of white knight cucks and make a false accusation against you, they'd either beat you or lynch you

Caller ID came out in the late 80s I think. Maybe there was a way the operator could block the calls coming in from that number.

In the distant future, the 21st century will be known as the time foids had their hands held through everything (while also being called "strong induhpendent womyn.")

She would tell her parents to pick up. You would call and it was never her who answered the phone. At least that's what I heard from some old timers.

They either reported you to their parents or simply ignored you.

They just ignored "creepy dudes" aka incels, considering it wasn't that hard back then, sexual market wasn't as screwed up as it is now, and average foid wasn't that particularly popular either.

Probably called white knights on you

I would assume they still just ignored them. Or told them to fuck off.

Social media is a two-way sword. It made it easier for men to message women and at the same time it meant women got more attention.

Back in the day you had to approach women in person, which beta males rarely attempted and women never got that many messages anyway.

Block out your number if she gave it to you, I remember you could still block numbers with shitty Nokia phones. If you approached her in a club environment she would most likely ask the bouncers to kick you out or get her whiteknight cuck male orbiters to fight you if she felt you were ''harassing her''.
