I always wonder what would have happened if he'd sued for peace with the UK during Dunkirk, with the deal being that the UK will administer France and that not be militarized. In other words, France is a "buffer" country just like Belgium had been.

The Halt Order at Dunkirk is regarded by many as a massive blunder. Hitler could have ordered the panzer division to annihilate the British soldiers and could possibly have forced England to surrender to Germany and sign a peace treaty. That would've essentially prevented the Americans from entering the war. Germany would probably have had to stop there and not even attempt to attack Russia. Attacking Russia in the winter was pretty much a suicidal decision in hindsight.
But the biggest mistake, in hindsight, was not starting work on the atomic bomb earlier. Undoubtedly had Germany developed the bomb the world would be a much better place, and there would be no more Jews.

3. Wasting resources on invasion of Norway
4. Dividing forces in 3 rather than in 2 while invading USSR, capturing Leningrad didn't serve much of a purpose, should have pushed towards the Volga valley as that contains majority of Russia's population & factories
5. Failing to build a strategic bomber force that could have taken out Soviet war material production in the Volga valley
6. Wasting enormous resources trying to capture cities like Stalingrad. Should have just bypassed them but hit the factories from overhead.
7. By far the biggest problem was not having enough tanks, planes, truck etc to compete with USA/UK/USSR. They simply didn't have enough resources or factories to match up. But if they fixed the above flaws, they could win before this really started to kill them.

A lot of reasons. For one, he made really stupid military decisions, especially near the end of the war effort. As most have noted, one of the biggest was starting a war on two fronts, but he was also extremely high (lmao) during most of his reign, making him incredibly delusional at times.
Also, to show how stupidly inhumane hitler was, there was a time in the war where Germany desperately needed extra manpower but he still decided to persecute/kill the jews despite being able to use them much more effectively.

In all honesty the war was probably lost by 1943. Axis just didn't have the economic means to win the war, no matter how many battles they triumphed in
If Japan had coordinated an attack on Siberia, say around December 1941, just as Stalin was moving his forces west to defend Moscow, that would have been a high probability of an Axis victory

I have no problem with irridentism and Hitler invading the Sudetenland (who are rightful Germans) or Anschluss, but there is no reason why Germans should have dominion over ethnic Czechoslovakians outside of the Sudetenland.

Barbarossa started in June, but I get where you're coming from. War with the Soviet Union was inevitable, however more effort should have been spent on securing the Western Europe and technological development. Had they stalled the invasion until 1945 the outcome would've been much different I assume.
