You can say that i'm coping hard but i have a work colleague who is pretty much the slavic version of the wealdstone raider, same age as in the pictures, height and everything. He has a wife and two kids. To answer the question, it has to do with genetics and a poor diet when growing up.

Nope same bodyfat but she's a little taller than him lol and slightly above looksmatch. Around the same age. I think it's a little easier in southeastern Europe if you have money and everything you need to start a family, but he moved to Northern Europe with her a long time ago to start a new life, not sure how he managed.

Height is a complex phenotype (like intelligence/mental illnesses) - there is multifactorial inheritance (both genes and environment plus interactions between them influence a phenotype). We have polygeny - many genes/loci influence one trait (some have a big influence, some have a minor influence) with their respective alleles. And he we also have environmental influences (e.g. far too less food, no energy that can be invested in growth) and interactions between the genotype/environment. Bad luck (many detrimental alleles with minor effects and/or few detrimental alleles with major effects) in combination with other environmental factors and further interactions between genotype/environment is responsible for this.
