I like to play video games or watch videos to distract myself. Good food can be a good temporary source of dopamine, though it can backfire and make you fat.

Going wandering in nature. Often accompanied with photography to form more lasting impressions & for getting trophies for rare findings.

Daydreaming.

Watching cartoons & documentaries. Fapping. Lifting.

Looking at places (like mountains & moors) in my country that I want to see one day due to flora/fauna/aesthetical views/history/other factors.

Playing video games & watching Let's Plays for nostalgic purposes. Watching video game & movie critics.

Visiting zoos or aquariums.

Going for a walk in the park. Angering normalfags on Twitter by being edgy/making certain jokes.

Listening to music.

Helping others with their aquariums/terrariums (like animal identification) on forums & making suggestions for Youtube channels I like.

Designing shit with Internet friends.

Or writing summaries & rankings of various reptiles/amphibians.

Reading magazines for subjects I like.

I drink. Sometimes I can reach a state of cope. Sometimes it doesn't work. Occasionally I'll do some writing. But even that feels pointless.

Started going to friends houses after work more. More this year than ever.

Getting high on THC edibles is the only thing that really does it for me anymore. And I'm currently on a THC cleanse so I can get a job and pass a drug test in the spring this year, so I've been having a rough time lately. :feelsrope:
