Wanting to live the life of the elite but can't I guess. Stress from financial or familial issues. There are outcasts, too, who don't understand their value. Women can be chronically ill. Mostly it's bullshit, though, I'd say: loneliness is the greatest cause of depression and females will find it very hard to sink there
