What are ur go to drugs for coping?

Havent tried anything besides weed and alcohol. I get ptsd when i smoke from the “friends” i had back in hs when they would fuck with me and i could finally see their ill intentions, they never truly liked me, just liked to use me as a punching bag and i would feel schizo but i realized it was the truth. Alcohol is just the best thing ive ever felt but i want to try maybe some other drugs out there
