Serious what are the statue of limitations?

so as you guys know i love revenge on people and families who deserve it especially chad/stacy families that resemble "home alone" (starring mculy culkin btw) families. hypothetically speaking say theres a a guy who 10 years ago was accused by a stacy of trying to force himself on her but through manipulation and feign tactics got away with it and recently said roastie died of breast cancer and now that guy wants to message the grieving family and tell them the truth just to spite them could the guy be arrested? like if he just left a voicemail? just wondering
