Im thinking about learning a new language. I know german (native) and english pretty good. Thought about spanish or french but tend more towards spanish.

Which country interests you?
My problem is that in general i have a hard time being interested in things or just having interests lol. Everything bores me. I tried for 28 years now finding that talent or passion that everyone should supposed have at least one of it.
Japanese. Knowing Japanese means you'll get access to a retarded amount of media and won't have to deal with dumbshit localization and translators.

Well you may know that learning a language requires a lot of immersion. You need to spend a lot of time with the language and that wont work well if you cant enjoy it. I mean look at the amount of English media you consume. You wouldn't be good at speaking English without doing that

my Japanese is still elementary and shitty (JLPT N4~N3), but learning moonrunes and understanding random phrases in anime is way more rewarding than learning Spanish/Mandarin/Hindu, because 'muh language of the future, so many natives!'

this is the reason i want to learn japanese, think i might start since i have more free time from next week on
also in terms of usefulness it'd be spanish or mandarin, but most spanish speakers are poor people in central and south america and working in china is hell from what i've heard
