What are the least painful methods of suicide?

I've looked into assisted suicide in Switzerland. But here is the problem. They only do it for terminally ill patients.

I'm not terminally ill. So I'm looking into the best methods. So far, I've heard that helium does a good job. Carbon Dioxide is apparently what forces the gasping instinct in pain.

So the best way is to suicide by creating a system that takes in helium and let it into your lung system while allowing all oxygen that is converted into carbon dioxide to be exhausted and replaced by helium. By then, you're dead before you even know it.

No you're not.

If you fall on your head at terminal velocity, you die before you even feel your head touched something. If you don't want to make a scene (why wouldn't you?), you can always leak gas with windows and doors closed.
