I know a good amount of y’all don’t masturbate at all and I’m just wondering if it’s had a good impact on your life. I jack off like 3 times a day and I’m pretty sure that’s very unhealthy. What are the benefits to going cold turkey. Is it true that it’s good for your mental health? Is it worth trying?

But if you're doing it multiple times a day you should probably do nofap for the standard 3 months or so. Also try to cut on internet browsing and sugar consumption, as these are unhealthy addictions that a lot of people have as well.
After the 90 days, just fap once every other day (so 3-4 times a week)

Cutting on internet usage would probably benefit me more lol. I spend more than half my day browsing my phone and playing video games.
