Iam very paranoid from people
When I make eye contact with anyone and he smiles I get sad af even if he doesn’t know me or said anything I just get sad as hell when Someone smiles at me I feel like this person is smiling because I’m ugly
I’m paranoid from people talking about my appearance and look I get really sad when someone says you’re not good looking ,you’re not that good looking even if the teller was a guy also I’m so scared to put my pics on social media even if I know that I’m not the ugliest ...
What do I suffer ?
