They're not. They fall in the same normal distribution with the same standard deviations as the general population. They're extremely tribalist (obviously) and xenophobic, and so they help each other in the business and corporate world all of the time (it's in their holy texts that they're allowed to screw over non-Jews in business, but not allowed to do the same to fellow Jews, for example). Over the generations their families get better access to resources and schooling, which means they're more likely to be your boss or your professor.
