Your life conditions in your next life are decided by your karma (actions) in your current and previous lives. It's not like there's a deity judging your actions as either good or bad and then turning you into a subhuman or Chad however. It's mere action-and-reaction, it's purely pragmatical and that actually makes it worse because even actions you weren't aware were causing harm to other people can and will come back to bite you in the ass eventually. That's why escaping this reality through moksha and reuniting with God rather than using this knowledge to your favor is the preferable option.
