I checked myself in, because i was starting to have panic attacks on random occasions. And now i only feel safe when, i'm under the influence of some sort of anxiety medication. And when i'm surrounded by a bunch of doctors.

Go to the gym. This is what I do in an hour. My body still hurts though.

Yes, it was always rather random, i can't precisily say what exactly triggerd those attacks. The only thing which all of my attacks had in common, was that i was already very nervous, or worrying about something when they occuried.
