It’s too cringe to hear

I saw this cringe video of this black woman saying “I love that autistic man” the way she said it just didn’t sound right it sounded like she was saying “I love that kid”

I don’t mean to insult or anything but the word has such a bad connotation that it’s pointless to even use it in person

I’d like to call autists xeno-sapiens or asdcel or asd for short
