decentralization is not easy to do because it requires a initial population for it to be actually decentralized and a lot of men power to code it, if i had the resource to, my idea would be some tech similar to P2P torrent with it's meta data in a blockchain like LBRY, no idea how well or badly would work.

If this place was decentralized, you wouldn't be able to moderate who joins so you would have "incels" with lay counts of 10. The whole point of this site is that it is a centralized and gated community.
