Prostitution is illegal so that women can scam betabuxes into marriages that don't guarantee consistent sex. Basically leeching resources off the man and all he can do to object is divorce, which 1) grants the woman half of all his money and 2) is a long and tiresome process to go through, especially if kids are involved. $25 an hour is unreasonably low, even with standardization and legalization you can't reach that price.

There's a limited supply of Stacies and they would naturally cost more to hire than other femoids; supply and demand. I'm not sure you would find it enjoyable to see someone who would accept such a low price, I think $25 wouldn't even cover the cost of cleaning, rent, et cetera.

Economic theory of supply and demand explains this pretty well. If prostitution was cheap and easy to access, the value most women would have to men would sharply decline and marriage rates would fall rapidly. This is actually why prostitution became illegal in the first place, society doesn't want men to get easy sex.
