You can also see it as a revenge if you were bullied in high school for instance which was the case for me. However going ER is too radical. I used to carry a bottle of over-the-counter laxatives with me, and in high school when people I didnt like left their food alone, I'd sprinkle that shit into their food and mix it so it looked like nothing happened. Lets just say they had to make a few bathroom visits.

Another thing I do is ignore all females which try to talk to me, regardless of topic. Avoid having females for partners in class assignments, and actively resist it. Example: demand you work on a project alone, sometimes it works. Look at females as if they killed your father with their bare hands, or if you are black, like they're KKK.
