I don't know wether I am incel or a volcel because I have never approached a woman in my life. I have never initiated a convo or whatever with the intention to establish something sexual with a female.

I am 21 KHHV (apart from escortcelling)

So, am I a volcel or an incel? Have the ones who call themselves incel tried getting on with women and then gave up, or are there some who have like me never even tried something with a woman?

yea I know, but I literally have never even tried to steer a conversation into a more intimate direction, or said or did something even remotely flirty.

If you have trouble getting women or a relationship and haven't been able to get one for whatever reason even though you want one then you are incel.

I've never approached an unknown girl in the PUA sense. I wouldn't know how to keep conversation going etc anyway.
However, I'm not a virgin. I'm 40 and had 2 short relationships, one with a mail order bride when I was 23, one later with a girl I knew through the mail order bride. That was in 2009 and I haven't had any sex since.
Idk if that disqualifies me as incel or only as truecel but know that every cell of the body gets changed every 7 years or so which means none of the cells of my current dick have touched those of a vagina. I joke to myself that I'm borne again virgin.
