The observable universe consists of approximately 10^80 atoms give or take a few orders of magnitude (see here). Also also, while no longer relevant, your calculated 198,408 is misleading. I imagine you divided 5,357,016 by 27, but 5,357,016 had a base of 2 whereas 27 had a base of 10. The correct different in order of magnitudes (using the correct number of atoms in the observable universe) is 20,158 observable universes worth of atoms in base 10.
I adjusted the 198,408 figure, before you quoted this. But you're correct, my figures are incorrect. I fixed it without the change of base.
