anybody else suffering from low VITAMIN D due to them LDARing in their dwellings?

Jokes aside, i took Vitamin D pills every day last winter and it didnt do shit
 
How would you know if you actually have a vitamin d deficiency unless you experience some sort of symptoms or have had blood work done?
 
What are your symptoms? The factory that I work at has no windows and it's dark when I enter and leave work. I've got dark bags under my eyes and I'm very pale.
 
Vitamin d does nothing, I should be thoroughly deficient by now, I took a vegan pill with all kinds of shit in them not only D, expensive too for several months, felt nothing.

I get Vit D from the chemist. I ask for the same brand that doctors prescribe. It's genuine medical grade Vitamin D.

10 micrograms per day. I increased the dosage but that didnt help either

I was on 10 μg and felt no improvement either, but on 25 μg I think it's working but hard to be sure.
 
My levels were very high but I checked them in like 2020. Or 2021? Almost at the upper limit. But since then I haven't really eaten vit D so they could be low now

Prolly depression...fatigue..lackluster with life in general..lmmaoo LDAR....blood work been saying I'm lacking...I'm now taking the pills...but I research it was from lack of sun
 
vitamin D needs to be balanced with its cofactors, vitamins A E K and, calcium, zinc, magnesium. Milk contains all these nutrients. You can supplement with 10,000 IU daily for a up to a few months and then get a blood test and see if your values have improved. Some people do better with topical vitamin D oil rubbed onto the body. Choose a product that contains it in olive oil and has no other excipients.

if you choose to use topical then you will need to apply 5x the amount you would take orally since absorption on the skin is around 20%. I prefer to take supplements topically so i dont needlessly irritate my stomach.

I was prescribed GELCAPS...but I stay away from GELATIN...instead..opted for NATURE MADE D3 2000 IU a day...

I took 5000 UI daily for a year and noticed no change, not that low vitamin D was negatively impacting me either, but I randomly got a blood test one day and it showed I was deficient.
 
Just drink some milk
