So has anyone heard about Senate Bill 16 & 64? SB 64 is basically for outlawing militias and SB 16 would ban every semi-automatic rifle with a fixed magazine with a capacity in excess of 10 rounds and would subject all other semi-automatic rifles to a “one-feature” test and would ban large swathes of handguns and other firearms. And anyone found in possession of any of these guns could face a minimum of five years, perhaps MUCH MUCH longer.
These bills came after the Virginia Beach shooting in May, and so far, over 70 counties have passed pro-2A sanctuary resolutions. Almost the entire state has become a giant 2nd amendment sanctuary in response. Here’s the map.
