Yeah I have a tendency to smash controllers, crack myself on the dome with said controller, punch my face and give myself dead legs. Thesedays when I feel that rage coming on I'm pretty good at walking away. One time I grabbed a knife and stabbed the absolute fuck out of my boxing bag. Not worth it. Got sick of having to buy new controllers and other shit that was the next victim of my rage.

The only time i am about feel rage is when i play a game in peace and then out of nowhere some faggot-pandering would pop-up and ruin everything, but thankfully i can still keep my cool and deal with it by immediately uninstalling it, because i understand that the content that was put there has as a goal to manipulate me to accept it as something positive, or in case i am immune to manipulation to ruin my mood and demoralize me. Breaking my stuff or hurting myself is what the enemy wants.

I'm not much of a ragER at vidya anymore; i used to punch my mattress and throw pens a lot when i was playing Bloodborne a decade ago but the worst i do now is just yell and quit when i'm angry at something in game
