It looked like some kind of concrete/mud was pouring through when they connected the pipes. I don't think it's concrete because it's all over them, perhaps it's one of the ingredients to make it.
(edit) on second inspection the tiktok account is called oilfieldoutlaw, so they're likely doing a pipe connection on a "Kelly drive".

Such makework jobs will be eliminated in coming years as (((fortune 500))) companies can no longer afford to pay people to do nothing of value. It still pisses me off that so many people got paid six figures for years to do bullshit, many of them have enough to live off of investments even if they get laid off.

I read on a different forum that tech companies put out these videos to attract foid applicants to fill their gender quotas. What you are seeing is an ad, not just a random foid bragging about her bs job. Notice how everything she showed off is specifically tailored towards foids. Look here wymmin! We have lactose-free soyfag coffee! We have a quirky stylish office layout and furniture! We have a meditation room! We have yoga mats! We have gluten free vegan soy lunches!
