USPS Help ??

I have no friends so I have to ask here because some of you guys are from US.

I am from Germany and I ordered some second hand cloth on Depop from Texas US. And the seller seems really legit. he did fake checks, live videos of the product, I got his full name & address, and he always responds me when I ask him something.

so he created a label and dropped off the package on 26 November. now several days have passed, but the USPS status still hasn't changed. it says Shipping Label created, USPS awaiting Item.
Normally it means that the seller has not yet delivered the product, but he has assured me that he has already done so.
Now, of course I have to keep in mind that it was Thanksgiving and Black Friday and the post office was closed on Sunday, but it still worries me.
I've heard of some people where this was the case for several weeks and they never received their package by USPS. The shipping alone cost me $60 and the product cost a lot more.
Does anyone have any experience as to why this might be? Maybe they haven't scanned the product yet?

I think you should ask the courier service customer service and not some random Forum. And im not a amerimutt but ordered from the US to the EU, it can take a long fucking time before shit goes thru.

Again call the Courier service customer support they can provide better help most likely

Sometimes it takes a while to scan new shit into there system. It really depends on the amount of niggers are on the line.

Sometimes a shipper makes a label and sits on the item until the gdmf post office is open.

Mine (rural) is only open 3 - 5hrs a day!

If you trust the shipper, then you're just have to wait.

I ordered a swiss army knife part from Swiss and it took a long untrackable time. But I got it. (Stayglow scales)

Seller probably didn't drop it off and or everything is backed up from the holiday.
