Why hasn't anyone in the USA thought about simply introducing a coin as a deposit, like in European countries, to prevent the problem seen in the video?

Or is this a way to create minimum wage jobs like cart pushers? You dont carry cash around?

Here in Germany there isn't a single shopping cart standing around on its own in a supermarket car park.

They are all carefully stowed away.

By the way, what's with the minimum wage niggers bagging your shopping at the checkout?
