The horrifying truth is that this guy lives in my country. At least I have something to feel good about myself mostly the fact that I'm incel and I want to die and don't feel anything that frequently and probably have some sort of undiagnosed mental illnesses, at least I am not this "man" right here.
Russian police it's the most imbalancet thing. Their behavior depends. I've been living here for 18 years and I've seen a lot of unusual things that Russian police do. In Moscow there are loads of crime: fights in the parks, drunk people, toughs etc. But Russian police don't do anything. It actually depends. Some police officers are fucked-up and may kill you, but some won't do anything if they see a bully or stuff.

Never had any encounter with the police, except a few ID controls and roadblocks. Here, they use their firearm exceptionally only a few times a year, if that's the question.
I once called them on a saturday night for an aggression by a rude fellow in a big city, they seemed quite angry since they told me nobody called the police and they were resting.
