I have accomplishment nofap for almost a week and lifted weights during the same period of time.

Havent seen any improvements so far but if things get worse I can always order a helium kit from Amazon

I dont know about nofap..but gymcel results only start to really show after 9 to 12 months of daily training. Good luck though.
