Let me explain why I believe that in middle age we have more knowledge and experiences of life thus making us more hardened in a way thus making life easier.
Unpopular Opinion I think that being middle aged 40s and 50s is better than being a young adult 20s and 30s
I don’t know how old you are, but 30+ is considered middle age and not young
To some people but that's wrong 30s is still young adult eventhough it's different than 20s.

Both age groups are good in certain ways, being a young adult allows you to learn and being middle-aged allows you to reflect on your past
The only thing better about being a young adult is that you have a more healthy body.
I guess it would be more socially acceptable to be alone in your 50ies than in your 30ies but yeah either way you still have to deal with rejection and loneliness
