A few years ago they passed a bill which outlawed the "rough sex defence". That is, if a woman wants you to choke her, or beat her, during sex, you do and she's harmed in any way, you're responsible, and you have no defence. Regardless of what the evidence says. This was because men were (rightly) using this defence fairly regularly.

Hilariously, the only exemption from this bill is infecting your sexual partner with an STI. Because that's something women do to men at least as much as men do to women (likely much more so nowadays, as they have far more sexual partners than men do).
This means that if you spank a girl, at her request, she can then go directly to the police, show them the red mark, and have you charged with domestic violence.
