Yeah, breaks are the worst.
Maybe one of the reasons why quitting to smoke was surprisingly easy for me - despite the fact that I had smoked 40 cigarettes a day before.
BUT: not smoking means no cigarette breaks, no cigarettes breaks means no "socializing" and no "small talk" outside. Which is good.

In my engineering course many males are incel tier and most 5/10 at best. Almost no one with the complete package(height, face, frame), so I don't get mogged that bad. Also, we don't have that many foids here.

i won't say that everyone is a chad here but most people look okish my group is filled with chads
when it comes to girl except few ones every girl is good looking
here the ratio is 60% males 40% females
