Because jogging is brutally physically painful and you wouldn’t do that to yourself as an incel. I remember when I used to do cardio exercise like that and I will never subject myself to such torture again

okay for me it's like 4 PM so I still have lots of time to sperg around in my house, it will get higher for sure
 
Damn. I find it to be torture. Running especially. Cycling is ok if you don’t go too crazy, but running, nah
i consider running to be cringe but honestly i find a short run to be much better for firing up my body and getting me to feel warm and active, for some reason weights and other exercise don't do that

Sprints or very short jogs are nice imo to get your blood flowing and body moving faster.

I just hate anything endurance related. I still do weight training because I have to with my shitty ectomorph physique, but I only do the minimum necessary because I know excessive exercise is harmful.

I also work too, and don’t feel like doing anything difficult when I finish for the day
 
My record was 30k on a single day, started walking in the morning, got back at night.

But usually I dont do more then 3k per day now.

yeah endurance stuff kinda sucks, and it's also boring, this is why i will often walk around while using dumbbells

Based. Exercise in general is boring and stressful on the body. So that’s why I’m more of a fan of easy physical activity like mild hiking and shit that’s chill. But I still do bodybuilding type exercises because it’s necessary with how bad my muscle genetics are.

Yeah it's pretty common for inklers to have bad upper body muscle tone, if you're lucky you might have some lower body muscle tone at least like in your legs.

I do have kinda thick legs ngl. My upper body is disproportionately small compared to legs and hips, and this always bothered me. I hate that I feel high T and mentally fairly masculine, yet my body doesn’t show it. My arms should be twice as thick and bones should be bigger with a wide frame.

But instead I have narrow clavicles, poor muscles, and all the weight in the lower body kek

I swear having bad muscle genetics/ shit frame is one of the biggest incel traits there is. This shit matters just as much as face and height imo

Yeah, people say that this happens because of pre-natal testosterone levels in the womb. Fuck knows. But I definitely know that it's very different for my body and very hard/slow to build muscle in the upper body, which is where it matters the most. Men don't really get criticized nowadays for having stick legs, they get laid just fine.

I heard that if your index finger is longer than ring finger, it means you had low prenatal testosterone and are physically less masculine. Well guess what, I believe it because my index finger is indeed longer than my ring finger, and I have a shit frame.

Thick legs don’t mean shit for sex appeal. That tall a meme. But a masculine upper body with decent muscle (not bodybuilder, just fairly strong looking) would do wonders for me in many ways

I was gifted a cheap pedometer I could put around my neck and I was averaging 7000 steps on my ~4 mile walk. It went over the 5 digit limit and started again.
