Lefort III is the most invasive facial surgery you can get. It basically moves your entire face forward. This surgery is usually reserved for people with severe facial deformations and syndromes. If you want to test your Trucel-status, email a bunch of surgeons asking for the surgery. A normie doing this would politely be called insane as it is very risky. A couple of years back I asked a surgeon in Berlin if Lefort III was an option for me. His response: "You're a potential candidate for Lefort III but I wouldn't recommend it". This is basically confirmation that I look like someone with a syndrome. Try it out yourselves.

Either way, your face must be severely subhuman or otherwise deformed for a surgeon to say you're actually a potential viable candidate for such a surgery; do you happen to look like the "Nordic subhuman" meme, by any chance?

I doubt I would qualify, though medical advances like this are quite intriguing for those like us; and suifuel for foids who won't know who legitimately has genetic Chad bone structure, and who's used the help of a little surgical magic!

One outright refused, gaslit me and said I looked normal and masculine, so I shaved my head and went in again and he agreed to do it for 5k on the spot. 5k for an otoplasty. Better off surgery maxxing in costa rica, india or thailand. Idc now because it's clearly over but those mother fuckers wont even bother with ugly men here. Utter dismissal.
