Chinese international students are known to have vast cheating networks, including massively plagiarizing assignments, databases of previous years' exams, hiring people to write essays, to attend class and take notes, and even to sit in exams for them. If you get on good terms with any international Chinese and you bring up this topic they won't even deny it. Curries also have a culture of coasting through school basically copying everything off of the smartest kid in the class.
