I feel like I am doing all this work and making no social progress, I definitely look more muscular around the arms, but I'm still treated with the same level of disgust by everyone I meet. Should I give up?
 
if you're short and/or particularly ugly just LDAR. it will barely even affect your life quality in those cases

Either bulk up to a respectable size if you're not a manlet, or give up, boyo.

Eat more or roid if you have good hair genetics. You don't have to be a hulk, but just make sure you have decent size to not get shit on in everyday interactions

i dont mind going to the gym but i hate the dieting part, i cant ever be bothered to eat. especially preparing food is so cumbersome. so i always forget to eat
 
My biggest regret was working out for 1.5 years, my only ioi was a male friend grabbing my biceps
 
it kind of feels pointless but I cant stand live with myself when I have a shit body.
Even though I am now built like a fitness model though.. my face is still repulsive and try to avoid looking at mirrors when I can

Only been at it for two years but of those two years I didn't go to the gym for 4 months because I wanted to focus on cardio because normie fags were giving me their bro shit science about how I should lose all my weight first by doing cardio. Lost some serious gains because of that shit dude, I hate that I did that

OHP= 135lbs
Deadlift = 405 RAW (That's with my current wrist injury)
Squat = 260 RAW
Bench = 185 (Shoulder blade sticks out a bit doing therapy exercises to correct it, need to see chiropractor)

Weight: 225
Height: 5'10
BF%: 23% (I've lost a lot of weight I used to way 325)
Mile time: 10 minutes
 
if you are like 6'2+ and muscular whear a mask and go to some party
