I bring the solution too the one with poor willpower. Blocking porn-sites at the DNS level. what is DNS, DNS stands for Domain Name Service, and it functions like a phone-book but for computers. When surfing the web you always use a DNS, either is from ISP or others, you can even host one yourself.

I bring you two solutions, one that is easy but some site can be caught in the cross-fire, and one that is more "difficult" but more precise and give you more control on what gets blocked.

The Easy: Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 family
-just follow the instructions for device you use, and thats it easy as that.

-the issue is that some site might be caught in the crossfire and im not sure which ones, so remember that

The "Hard" way: Pi-hole

-Follow the guide, is that easy, if you dont have a Linux device use docker which you can learn in the matter of 10 minutes, remeber too give the device you are going too use a static IP in the router

-Pi-hole blocks trackers and some ads aswell, even devices that you might not be able too install adblocks on normally

-There is plenty of premade blocklists for, malware, gambling and of course porn

-Make your own block list and allow list, can even make groups with there own lists, so if a list you add blocks this site you can just add it in allowed list that overwrites the block list

this way you even if you get tempted, you computer will not connect to the porn sites. and pro-tip, block social media aswell, lots of thirst traps and porn or borderline porn

this seems a little overkill. Just add a list of websites you want to block to etc/hosts (by redirecting them to localhost or some other cockblocker landing page)

yeah i know, i also use pi-hole as a security measure too see traffic more easily on my network, and the blocking trackers and ads. so i dont use pi-hole for just blocking porn, i dont even block porn
