For him to end the war, both Zelensky and Putin should want to negotiate. If Zelensky refuses, Trump can just cut off all aid to Ukraine. If Putin refuses, Trump will flood Ukraine with Western weapons and allow Ukraine to strike Russia with Western missiles.
