Venting Truecell trait: most job interview you had with a foid resulted in rejection while the ones with men were positive

While looking for an internship in college I've been on many job interviews (probably the most in my entire life) and I noticed that the ones I had with men were much pleasant and chill to go through while the ones with foids felt discomforting and like they were judging me all the time and giving cold answers/questions.

Also true story, I had two job interviews for the same position at the same company, but at different locations. The first interview was with a foid, and it went poorly and they didn't hire me then a few weeks later, I had an other interview with a man this time, and I got hired jfl. It was a wageslave job anyway so I couldn't care less but it proves my point because the interviews were done just a few weeks apart so my skills/experience didn't change in that span of time.

I've heard that foids do job interviews as if they are looking for a partner rather than someone with merit for the job, that's why they ask dumbass questions that aren't related to the work at all while men are on point

I also wouldn't be surprised if foids are more responsible for the fact that good looking men have more chances to get hired than ugly men, fellow men are also more likely to judge you on your actual skills rather than superficial things like looks and how social you are.

Yeah most HR are females, essentially controlling the whole job market, yet they still complain about wages inequalities jfl. Older females tend to not be as dreadful than younger ones though. But gotta be careful about the used up roasties that use their HR position as a way to let out their frustration on men.

yeah this was when i was bluepilled too around 2018
that job should of blackpilled me to be honest but it didnt
took me 2 more of the same type of job to realize that this is it and im fucked
got blackpilled around 2021

also i would go to a bar after working at that pizza place almost every day
i remember going there the first time and the bartender older foid around 50s asked what i was doing there like in a rude tone
i should of took that as a sign i wasnt welcomed there but being bluepilled i overlooked such things

id end up going there pretty often like i said and i would always sit by myself no one would ever talk to me and one night i ended up doing cringe shit like karaoke which i still cringe about to this day
i never went back after that
so yeah being a wagie made me just do stupid shit like that
its just bad memories
anyways just a brutal story from my wageslave days
