I got one that's flipping burgers - well, in the same industry, anyway. Different food, same minimum wagie BS.

I have worked with a gov't agency that "helps" those with disabilities land jobs, and I've had some garbage-tier, part-time software positions here and there, but nothing that was worthwhile, stable, or did anything to help my career.

I think a bigger truecel aspect is not being able to maintain the job... it could be either not being to socialize or under performing.

It's possible to get a job but it won't be a cushy one. It will always be hard working sweatshop type jobs or high skill jobs with a lot of intellectual grinding. Simple jobs like in factories or warehouses with little work or managerial type positions which require high social status are impossible for truecels to attain. Also, people are far more unforgiving so if you make a few mistakes as a sub4 you are fired, but an average person would be given a second chance and attractive people will be given multiple chances and get funneled into easy roles.
